摘要
运用JSCAST软件对汽车制动卡钳进行模流分析,试生产之后发现铸件的两端相应部位出现了轻微的缩松缺陷,且基体中珠光体含量较少,导致机械性能不合格,通过改善浇注系统,改变合金成分,消除了缺陷,解决了机械性能不合格的问题。
Perform model flow analysis on automobile brake caliper housing by using JSCAST software. After the trial production, shrinkage and porosity are found in different areas of the casting,and the content of pearlite in the matrix is very low,which leads to unqualified mechanical property. By improving the gating system and changing the alloy composition,the defect problem and unqualified mechanical property issue are all solved.
