巴哈赛车前悬架系统的设计与仿真研究 被引量:3

摘要 为增加悬架对Baja赛车的操纵稳定性能和平顺安全性能,在中国汽车工程制定的对Baja竞技赛车的要求前提下,基于系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS对Baja赛车悬架系统建立仿真模型,对模型前束角、主销后倾角、主销前倾角和车轮外倾角进行仿真分析,利用ADAMS/Insight模块分析悬架各安装硬点对赛车操纵性能的影响并进行多目标优化,不断对比优化数据,以确定悬架最终模型和最优参数,并使在该参数先优化对象接近参考目标,结果显示,该研究对Baja赛车悬架设计有一定的参考价值。 By taking part in the 2017 BAJA competition,we found that there are still some deficiencies in the stability and smoothness of the racing car,and the suspension has a great influence on the stability and safety of the car. For this reason, we imitated the suspension system of the car on the basis of the requirements for the Baja car made by the Chinese automobile engineering. Through the system dynamic simulation software ADAMS,the simulation model is set up by the system dynamic simulation software. The simulation analysis of the front wheel toe-in angle,kingpin caster angle,kingpin inclination and the camber angle is carried out. The effect of the hard points on the longitudinal performance of the car is analyzed and the multi-objective optimization is carried out by the ADAMS/insight module. We continue to compare the optimized data to determine the final model and the optimal parameters of the suspension,and apply our research to the next Baja event to achieve better results.
