Heilongjiang (in Northeast China) Provincial Government has always attached great importance to the promotion of women and children's development. Wang Yongkang, Vice-Governor of Heilongjiang Province and Director of Heilongjiang Working Committee on Children and Women, recently urged the committee's members to write a list of the problems that affect women and children's development, and to take measures to solve the problems.
