摘要
以HTC企业为研究对象,结合管理学原理的相关知识研究HTC企业的发展轨迹,找出其在领域维管理中研发部门与营销部门之间存在的问题,并采用定性分析的方法评价HTC企业领域维管理中问题出现的原因。从人员配置、营销方式、相关部门间协调及反馈三个方面分析HTC企业的现状,并就管理领域维方面为HTC企业提出相应的解决方案,以期能够在激烈的国际市场竞争中对中国企业有所裨益。
Based on HTC enterprise as the research object,this paper combines with the knowledge of management theory to find out the existing problems between R&D department and marketing department in the domain dimension management by researching the development path of HTC enterprise,it also uses qualitative analysis method to evaluate the HTC enterprise domain dimension management problems.Secondly,the current situation of HTC’s operation is analyzed from three aspects:staffing,marketing methods and coordination feedback among departments.Finally,it puts forward corresponding solutions for the management of HTC enterprises in domain dimension management,hoping to be helpful for Chinese enterprises to occupy a place in the fierce international market competition.
