新时代中国特色社会生态文明建设是建设“美丽中国”,实现中华民族永续发展的科学指南。结合新时代生态文明建设基本理论和新时代生态文明建设实践,从树立正确的生态文明思想观、实践观、民生观、历史观、市场观、系统观、全球观七个方面来阐述和把握新时代下的生态文明建设,以期更好地服务于生态文明建设。

The construction of social and ecological civilization with Chinese characteristics in the new era is a scientific guide for building a beautiful China and realizing the sustainable development of the Chinese nation.This paper combines the basic theory of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era with the practice of the construction of ecological civilization in the new era, from seven aspects of establishing a correct concept of ecological civilization,practice,people’s livelihood,history,market,system and global perspective.This paper expounds how to grasp the theory of ecological civilization and better serve the construction of ecological civilization.
