摘要 目的探讨不同浓度己酮可可碱对精子功能的影响。方法选择37例弱精患者的精液标本作为研究对象。所有研究对象均禁欲3~7 d后,采用手淫法取得全份新鲜精液标本,用计算机辅助精子分析(CASA)检测精子各项参数。加入己酮可可碱使其终浓度分别为0.1 mmol/L、0.3 mmol/L、0.6 mmol/L、1.0 mmol/L、3.0 mmol/L、5.0 mmol/L,检测精子活力和活率及运动功能[包括精子直线速度(VSL)和曲线速度(VCL)]。结果与0.1 mmol/L组比较,其余各组不同时间精子活力、精子活率、VSL和VCL均增加(P<0.05);与0.3 mmol/L组比较,0.6 mmol/L组、1.0 mmol/L组、3.0 mmol/L组和5.0 mmol/L组精子活力、精子活率、VSL和VCL增加(P<0.05);与0.6 mmol/L组比较,1.0 mmol/L组、3.0 mmol/L组和5.0 mmol/L组精子活力、精子活率、VSL和VCL增加(P<0.05);1.0 mmol/L组精子活力、精子活率、VSL和VCL高于3.0 mmol/L组和5.0 mmol/L组(P<0.05);与10 min比较,除0.1 mmol/L组外,其余各组浓度在30 min、60 min和120 min精子活力、精子活率、VSL和VCL增加(P<0.05);与30 min比较,除0.1 mmol/L组外,其余各组浓度在60 min精子活力、精子活率、VSL和VCL增加(P<0.05)。结论己酮可可碱浓度1.0 mmol/L孵育60 min对精子功能效果最好,精子活力、精子活率及精子运动功能最佳。 Objective To investigate the effect of different concentrations of pentoxifylline on sperm motor function. Methods The semen specimens of 37 patients with weak sperm were used as research objects. All subjects were abstinent for 3-7 days, and all the fresh semen samples were obtained by masturbation. Computer-assisted sperm analysis(CASA) was used to analyze sperm parameters. Pentoxifylline was added to make the final concentration was 0.1 mmol/L, 0.3 mmol/L, 0.6 mmol/L, 1.0 mmol/L, 3.0 mmol/L, 5.0 mmol/L. The sperm motility and sperm motility rate and sperm motor testing (including sperm linear velocity(VSL) and curvilinear velocity(VCL) was detected. Results Compared with the those of 0.1 mmol/L group, the sperm motility, sperm motility rate, VSL and VCL in remaining groups increased at different time points(P<0.05). Compared with those of 0.3 mmol/L group, the sperm motility, sperm motility rate, VSL and VCL in 0.6 mmol/L group, 1.0 mmol/L group, 3.0 mmol/L group and 5.0 mmol/L group increased(P<0.05). Compared with those of 0.6 mmol/L group,the sperm motility, sperm motility rate, VSL and VCL increased in the 1.0 mmol/L group, 3.0 mmol/L group and 5.0 mmol/L group(P<0.05). The sperm motility, sperm motility rate, VSL and VCL in the 1.0 mmol/L group were higher than those of 3.0 mmol/L group and 5.0 mmol/L group(P<0.05). Compared with those at 10 min, the sperm motility, sperm motility rate, VSL and VCL in the different concentration groups increased at 30 min, 60 min and 120 min(P<0.05) except for the 0.1 mmol/L group. Compared with those at 30 min, the sperm motility, sperm motility rate, VSL and VCL increased in the different concentration groups at 60 min(P<0.05) except for the 0.1 mmol/L group. Conclusion The concentration of pentoxifylline at 1.0 mmol/L for 60 min has the best effect on sperm function, sperm motility, sperm motility rate and sperm motor function.
