俯卧位护理干预减少早产儿呼吸暂停的临床应用

Clinical application of prone position nursing intervention to reduce apnea in premature infants

目的探讨俯卧位护理干预减少早产儿呼吸暂停的临床应用。方法选取2017年3月~2018年12月在我院进行治疗早产儿88例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各44例。观察组采取俯卧位置于暖箱中,头抬高 15°,偏向左或右侧治疗,对照组采取将早产儿置预热的暖箱中取仰卧位的传统方法。对比两组治疗后的呼吸暂停例数、次数、临床疗效,以及氧疗、住院、发作时间。结果观察组的氧疗时间、住院天数、呼吸暂停次数及发作时间低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早产儿采用俯卧位治疗,能够取得显著减少呼吸暂停的临床效果,加快康复速度,改善生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical application of prone position nursing intervention to reduce apnea in premature infants. Methods 88 patients with premature infants were enrolled in our hospital from March 2017 to December 2018. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The observation group took the prone position in the incubator, with the head raised 15°, and the treatment was biased to the left or right. The control group took the traditional method of taking the supine position in the warm box for premature delivery. The number, frequency, clinical efficacy of apnea, and oxygen therapy, hospitalization, and onset time of the two groups were compared. Results The oxygen therapy time, hospitalization days, apnea times and seizure time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The clinical effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Prone position taken in premature infants can achieve significant clinical effects of reducing apnea, speed up recovery, improve quality of life, and have clinical value.
