水柱法膀胱容量压力测定技术在神经源性膀胱管理应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析水柱法膀胱容量压力测定技术在神经源性膀胱管理应用效果。方法选取2017年7月~2018年12月我院收治的脊髓损伤等存在神经源性膀胱患者88例为观察对象,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组44例。研究组采用水柱法膀胱容量压力测定技术对膀胱功能情况进行评估,对照组采用尿流动力学检查技术对其膀胱功能情况进行评估。分析两组患者在不同评估方法指导下的膀胱功能恢复情况。结果与护理干预前相比,两组患者的膀胱功能均有明显改善(P<0.05)。护理干预后,研究组的单次排尿量、残余尿量、RBC、WBC、BAC、上尿路积水情况等与对照组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在神经源性膀胱管理中,水柱法膀胱容量压力测定技术和尿流动力学检查技术均有很好的应用效果,但是与尿流动力学技术相比,水柱法膀胱容量压力测定技术应用成本更低,因此更易在临床中应用推广。 Objective To analyze the application effect of bladder volume pressure measurement technique with water column method in neurogenic bladder management. Methods 88 patients with neurogenic bladder injury such as spinal cord injury admitted in our hospital from July 2017 to December 2018 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The study group used the water column method for bladder volume pressure measurement to evaluate bladder function, and the control group used urodynamic examination technique to evaluate bladder function. The bladder function recovery of the two groups of patients under different evaluation methods was analyzed. Results Compared with that of the pre-treatment intervention, the bladder function was significantly improved in both groups (P<0.05). After the nursing intervention, there was no significant difference in the single urine output, residual urine volume, RBC, WBC, and upper urinary tract water accumulation between the study group and the control group(P>0.05). Conclusion In the neurogenic bladder management, water column method bladder for volume pressure measurement technique and urodynamic examination technique both have a good application effect. Compared with the urodynamic technique, the water column method of bladder volume pressure measurement technology has lower cost, so it is easier to apply in clinical applications.
