构建基于网络思维的行动者网络系统,既是拓展政党青年组织控制与影响幅度最大化提高青年工作覆盖面的有效路径,也是政党青年组织因应网络时代对青年群众工作提出的新要求而进行组织模式创新和工作模式改革发展的有益探索。富有“黏性”是政党青年组织行动者网络系统拥有改变青年的思想或行为的影响力的前提,也是政党青年组织贯彻网络思维开展富有成效的青年工作行动的核心所在,故而行动者网络系统要按照网络的传播规律来运作。

Constructing a network system for actors based on network thinking is not only an effective way to expand the control and influence of youth organization of political party and maximize the coverage of youth work, but also a beneficial exploration for the innovation and reform of organization mode and work mode of youth organization of political party in response to the new requirements of youth mass work in the network era. Being“ sticky” is the premise that the network system for actors in the youth organization of political party has the influence to change the thoughts or behaviors of young people, and it is also the core of the effective youth work action carried out by the youth organization of political party by carrying out network thinking. Therefore, the network system for actors should operate according to the law of network communication.
