泛在学习环境下新型职业农民知识建构研究 被引量:5

摘要 实施乡村振兴战略,亟需大规模高质量培育新型职业农民。针对新型职业农民工学矛盾突出、个体差异较大很难有效进行协作学习的问题,该文从协作学习环境、助学服务、成果形成、学习评价等方面进行知识建构研究,侧重对新型职业农民协作学习过程进行指导与监控,引导新型职业农民真正学会学习。结果显示,在泛在学习环境下,新型职业农民知识建构的实际应用效果十分显著,有力提升了新型职业农民自主学习和终身学习的能力,并从增强教师的学习支持服务能力、开拓新型职业农民实践学习途径、设计有价值的协作学习主题资源等方面提出推进泛在学习环境下新型职业农民知识建构的政策建议。 Implement the strategy of rural revitalization, which urgently need large-scale and high-quality cultivation of new professional farmers. Aiming at the problem that new professional farmers in open education have prominent learning contradictions and great individual differences, it is difficult to carry out cooperative learning effectively. This paper studies the knowledge construction from the aspects of cooperative learning environment, student-aided services, achievement formation and learning evaluation, focusing on guiding and monitoring the cooperative learning process of new professional farmers, and guiding new professional farmers to truly learn to learn. The results show that under the ubiquitous learning environment, the practical application effect of knowledge construction of new professional farmers in open education is very significant, and the ability of autonomous learning and lifelong learning of new professional farmers has been greatly improved. It also puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the knowledge construction of new vocational farmers in open education under the ubiquitous learning environment from the aspects of enhancing teachers’ learning support service ability, exploring new vocational farmers’ practical learning ways, designing valuable collaborative learning theme resources and so on.
