摘要 教研是促进教师专业发展的重要途径。在"互联网+"背景下,教研的模式及发展路径发生了重要变化。在梳理同类研究基础上,该文从"互联网+教研"模式的角色、内容、资源、环境及评价等关键要素出发,阐述了教研形态在互联网进程中的转型特征;基于路径依赖视角分析了影响"互联网+教研"模式选择的主要因素,包括利益者认知能力、政策制度、经费投入、技术支撑、评价机制等,旨在探究教研模式呈现多样化的原因,从而为教研模式的选择提供参考。该文提出了树立协同发展愿景、政策顶层设计保障、优化技术支撑环境、经费投入结合实际、教研服务供给改革、基于数据驱动开展教研评价的发展策略,以期为教研实践提供指引。 Teaching and research is an important way to promote the professional development of teachers. In the context of "Internet +",the mode of teaching and research and the path of development have undergone important changes. On the basis of combing similar research, this paper starts from the key elements of the role, content, resources, environment and evaluation of the "Internet + teaching and research" model, and expounds the transformation characteristics of teaching and research forms in the Internet process;and then based on the path dependence perspective the main factors affecting the choice of "Internet + teaching and research" mode,including the cognitive ability of the stakeholders, policy system, funding, technical support, evaluation mechanism, etc., are intended to explore the reasons for the diversification of the teaching and research model, thus the choice of teaching and research mode for reference. Finally, the paper proposes a development strategy of "Establishing coordinated vision-Design top-level policy assuranceOptimizate technical environment-Integrate funding, Reform of teaching and supply service,Implementation of flexible evaluation and multi-dimensional evaluation", in order to provide guidance for teaching and research practice.
