麦默通微创旋切术与小切口传统手术在触诊阴性乳腺结节治疗中的效果比较

Different efficacy of Mammotome minimally invasive rotationectomy and traditional small-incision surgery in palpation of negative breast nodules

目的:比较麦默通微创旋切术与小切口传统手术在触诊阴性乳腺结节治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取我科96例触诊阴性乳腺结节患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组与对照组各48例;实验组采取麦默通微创旋切术治疗方案,对照组患者采取小切口传统手术治疗方案,比较两组患者的围术期指标、患者满意度以及手术并发症。结果:实验组患者的切口长度、术中出血量均小于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,患者对乳房美观度的满意度评分高于对照组,手术并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用麦默通微创旋切术治疗触诊阴性乳腺结节,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等特点,且患者满意度高等优点,较小切口传统手术更具优势。

Objective: To compare the different application effects of Mammotome minimally invasive rotationectomy and traditional small-incision surgery in palpation of negative breast nodules. Methods: 96 patients with palpation negative breast nodules in our department were randomized into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. Patients in the experimental group was treated with Mammotome minimally invasive rotatory surgery, and the control group was treated with traditional small-incision surgery. Perioperative indicators, patients’ satisfaction and surgical complications of the two groups were compared. Results: The incision length and intraoperative blood loss of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in the control group, the satisfaction score of patients with breast aesthetics was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence of surgical complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of Mammotome minimally invasive rotatory surgery to patients with palpation of negative breast nodules has such advantages as less trauma, quicker recovery, fewer complications and higher satisfaction scores, which has more advantageous than the traditional small-incision surgery.
