大隐静脉高位结扎加曲张静脉透光旋切术治疗大隐静脉曲张的疗效观察

Clinical effect of high saphenous vein ligation combined with transilluminated powered phlebectomy for the treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein

目的:探求大隐静脉高位结扎加曲张静脉透光旋切术治疗对大隐静脉曲张的疗效。方法:将我院行手术治疗的104例大隐静脉曲张患者按抽签法分为两组各52例。对照组采用传统大隐静脉高位结扎加剥脱术治疗,观察组采用大隐静脉高位结扎加曲张静脉透光旋切术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、随访1年比较两组并发症发生率和疾病复发率。结果:观察组术中失血量、手术时间、术后住院时间、并发症发生率均比对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组疾病复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:相较于传统手术方式,大隐静脉曲张采用大隐静脉高位结扎加曲张静脉透光旋切术治疗具有创伤性小、并发症少等优点,利于患者预后。

Objective:To investigate the effect of high saphenous vein ligation combined with transilluminated powered phlebectomy on the treatment of varicosis of great saphenous vein. Methods:104 patients with great saphenous vein underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were divided into two groups by lots with 52 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with traditional high ligation and endarterectomy surgery, while patients in the observation group was treated with high saphenous vein ligation and transilluminated powered phlebectomy. The operation related indexes were compared between the two groups and the incidence of complications and disease recurrence rate were compared after 1 year follow-up. Results:The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, postoperative hospital stay and rate of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, which were of statistically significances(P<0.05). And there was no statistical difference of the disease relapse between both groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:Compared with the traditional operation, high saphenous vein ligation combined with transilluminated powered phlebectomy has such advantages as less trauma, fewer complications, which is conducive to the prognosis of patients.
