米非司酮与复方益母胶囊联合治疗药物流产不全的效果观察

Clinical effect of mifepristone and compound prescribe motherwort herb capsule in the treatment of incomplete drug abortion

目的:探讨米非司酮、复方益母胶囊联合治疗药物流产不全患者的临床效果。方法:随机抽取我院收治的药物流产不全患者120例分为2组,对照组60例患者接受清宫术治疗,观察组60例患者联合应用米非司酮、复方益母胶囊治疗,比较两组临床效果。结果:观察组治疗后有效率为90%,对照组有效率66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.33%,对照组为25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮、复方益母胶囊联合治疗药物流产不全患者能够提升有效率,减少并发症。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of mifepristone and compound prescribe motherwort herb capsule in the treatment of incomplete drug abortion. Methods: 120 patients with incomplete drug abortion were randomized into two groups. 60 patients in the control group were treated with only uterine curettage, while another 60 patients in the observation group were treated with mifepristone and compound prescribe motherwort herb capsule, then the clinical effects of both groups were compared. Results: The effective rate was 90% in the observation group and only 66.67% in the control group after treatment, which was of statistical difference(P< 0.05);the incidence of complications was 3.33% in the observation group and 25% in the control group(P<0.05), which was of statistical differonce. Conclusion: The application of mifepristone and compound prescribe motherwort herb capsule can improve the efficiency and reduce complications in the treatment of incomplete drug abortion.
