音乐疗法在无麻醉逆行胰胆管造影术中的应用效果观察

Effects of music therapy on patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography without anesthesia

目的:研究观察音乐疗法在无麻醉逆行胰胆管造影术中的应用效果。方法:选择64例进行无麻醉逆行胰胆管造影术干预的患者列入研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组32例。对照组采取常规护理干预,研究组在常规护理的基础上增加音乐疗法干预。观察指标为两组患者的造影完成率、患者配合率、患者满意率以及患者SAS、SDS评分。结果:研究组患者在造影完成率、患者配合率、患者满意率以及患者SAS、SDS评分的比较上明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无麻醉逆行胰胆管造影术是临床常用的胰胆管疾病检查及治疗的方法,介入音乐疗法对患者进行护理能够有效提升患者配合率和满意率,提高造影术的成功率,降低患者出现不良情绪的可能,促进患者康复。

Objective: To observe the effects of music therapy on patients undergoing endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP)without anesthesia. Methods: Totally 64 patients undergoing ERCP without anesthesia in our hospital were randomized into 2 groups, the intervention group(n=32)and control group(n=32). Patients in the control group received routine care, while patients in the intervention group received music intervention on the basis of routine therapy. Completion rate of cholangiopancreatography, cooperation and satisfaction rate of patients, SAS and SDS scores of the both groups were statistically analyzed. Results: Compared with the control group, the completion rate of cholangiopancreatography, cooperation and satisfaction rate of patients, SAS and SDS scores in the intervention group were better(P<0.05). Conclusion: Music therapy for patients undergoing ERCP can effectively improve the patient’s cooperation and satisfaction rate, improve the success rate of ERCP, reduce patients’ negative emotions, and promote patients’ recovery.
