摘要
ARID1A是SWI/SNF染色质重塑复合物的非催化亚基,在多种人类恶性肿瘤中频发突变,近年来受到研究者们越来越多的关注。该基因目前被认为是一种潜在的抑癌基因。笔者对ARID1A的研究进展、在恶性肿瘤中的作用及相关作用机制作一综述。
ARID1 A is a non-catalytic subunit of SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, frequent mutated in a variety of human malignancies, which has attracted more and more attentions from researchers in recent years. ARID1 A is currently considered as a potential tumor suppressor gene. This paper reviews the research progress of ARID1 A, its role and its related mechanism in malignant tumor.
