中国影视产业效率及其影响因素研究

Research on the Efficiency of China’s Film and Television Industry and Its Influencing Factors

对2013—2017年中国影视产业效率及其影响因素进行研究,发现影视产业效率一直处于波动状态,但是总体上呈上升趋势。高管薪酬激励和股权集中度对企业综合效率和技术效率起促进作用,对规模效率的促进作用不显著;企业绩效对影视企业经营效率起促进作用,企业规模对影视企业经营效率起抑制作用;监事会人数对影视企业综合效率和技术效率起抑制作用,对规模效率负向作用不显著。资产负债率对企业技术效率起促进作用,对综合效率和规模效率影响不显著,结论是影视企业应更加注重内部因素对企业效率的影响。

Through the study on the efficiency of film and television industry and its influencing factors from 2013 to 2017,it is found that the efficiency of film and television industry has been in a fluctuating state,but on the whole it is on the rise. Executive compensation incentive and ownership concentration play a promotive role in the overall efficiency and technical efficiency of enterprises,but have no significant effect on the scale efficiency;enterprise performance plays a promotive role in the efficiency of film and television enterprises;enterprise scale plays a restraining role in the efficiency of film and television enterprises;the number of board of supervisors plays a restraining role in the overall efficiency and technical efficiency of film and television enterprises,and has a negative effect on the scale efficiency. The ratio of assets to liabilities promotes the technological efficiency of enterprises,but has no significant impact on the overall efficiency and scale efficiency. The conclusion is that film and television enterprises should pay more attention to the influence of internal factors on the efficiency of enterprises.
