摘要
分别以咪唑、3,5-二甲基吡唑作为封闭剂对异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)封闭,合成了2种封闭型异氰酸酯,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振波谱分析了封闭产物的结构特征,通过热重分析(TGA)研究了封闭产物的热分解反应动力学。结果表明,两种封闭剂都对异氰酸酯实现了全封闭。通过Kissinger和FWO方程求得咪唑封闭型异氰酸酯的活化能分别为65.1 k J/mol和65.8 kJ/mol,3,5-二甲基吡唑封闭型异氰酸酯的活化能分别为84.3 kJ/mol和75.3 kJ/mol。咪唑、3,5-二甲基吡唑封闭异氰酸酯的初始解封温度分别为139.1℃、140.8℃。
The two kinds of blocked isocyanates were synthesized by blocking imifolone diisocyanate (IPDI) with imidazole and 3,5-dimethylpyrazole as blocking agents,respectively.The structural characteristics of the blocked products were investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and NMR spectroscopy.The thermal decomposition kinetics of the blocked product was studied by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).The results showed that the isocyanates were completely blocked by the two blocking agents,respectively.The activation energies of imidazole blocked isocyanates were 65.1 kJ / mol and 65.8 kJ/ mol,respectively,and the activation energies of 3,5-dimethylpyrazole blocked isocyanates were 84.3 kJ/ mol and 75.3 kJ/mol,respectively,calculated by Kissinger and FWO equations.The initial deblocking temperatures of imidazole and 3,5-dimethylpyrazole blocked isocyanate were 139.1 ℃ and 140.8 ℃,respectively.
