脑卒中后抑郁黛力新治疗效果

The therapeutic effect of Deanxit in the treatment of post stroke depression

目的探讨黛力新对卒中后抑郁及神经康复的影响。方法选择2017年1—12月在本院诊断治疗的脑卒中后抑郁患者60例为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组两组,每组各30例。所有患者均给予常规治疗心理疏导以及神经功能康复。研究组在此基础上给予黛力新口服治疗。结果治疗后两组HAMD评分均显著下降,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组HAMD评分显著较对照低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组NIHSS评分均显著下降,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后研究组NIHSS评分显著较对照低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黛力新用于脑卒中后抑郁的治疗能够显著改善患者抑郁症状,改善神经功能。

Objective To discuss the influence of Deanxit on the treatment of post stroke depression and its neural rehabilitation.Methods 60 patients with post-stroke depression diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January to December 2017 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,30 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional treatment,psychological counseling and rehabilitation of neurological function.The study group was orally given Deanxit for treatment on this basis.Results After treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the NIHSS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusions Deanxit in the treatment of post stroke depression could significantly improve depressive symptoms and improve neurological function.
