服刑人员防御机制研究及其影响因素分析

A study of defensive mechanism of prisoners and its impact factors

目的探讨男性服刑人员的心理防御机制及其影响因素,以提高服刑人员的心理健康。方法采用防御方式问卷(DSQ)对佛山某监狱59名男性服刑人员(研究组)进行测评,并与50名普通市民(对照组)进行对照分析。结果男性服刑人员的不成熟心理防御机制(3.93±1.03)及中间型心理防御机制(4.55±0.72)均分高于普通市民(P<0.01),而其成熟型防御机制及掩饰度与普通市民无明显差异。男性服刑人员的心理防御方式与年龄、文化程度及刑期长短无相关性(P>0.05);其成熟型心理防御方式与婚姻及职业有一定的关系(P<0.05)。结论男性服刑人员的心理防御机制存在缺陷,与普通市民相比,他们更多的采用不成熟型及中间型防御机制;而有配偶或职业稳定的男性服刑人员更倾向于采用成熟型心理防御机制。

Objective To explore the psychological defense mechanism of male prisoners and analyse impact factors of defense mechanism,in order to improve the mental health of prisoners.Methods The Defensive Style Questionnaire(DSQ) was adopted to detect defense mechanism of the 59 male prisoners,and compared with50 common citizens.Results The scores of immature defense mechanism(3.93 ± 1.03) and the intermediate defense mechanism(4.55±0.72) of male prisoners were higher than those of common citizens(P< 0.01).There was no significant difference of the mature defense mechanism between male prisoners and common citizens.There was no correlation between the defense mechanism of male prisoners and their age,educational level and length of sentence(P> 0.05).The mature defense mechanism was correlated with marriage and occupation(P < 0.05).Conclusions There are defects in the defense mechanism of male prisoners.Compared to common citizens,male prisoners tend to use immature and intermediate defense mechanism.Male prisoners who are married or ever had stable career tend to use the mature defense mechanism.
