预见性护理对游离皮瓣移植修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of predictive nursing on patients received repairing of skin and soft tissue defects of extremities with free skin flap transplantation

目的探讨预见性护理对游离皮瓣移植修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损的作用。方法选择2016年7月—2018年7月本院收治的游离皮瓣移植修复治疗的四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者86例作为研究对象,按照随机数表法均分成观察组和对照组两组,每组各43例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组则在对照组的基础上予以预见性护理干预,对比两组手术成功率、皮瓣坏死率、血管危象发生率以及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者发生皮瓣坏死率为0.00%、血管危象发生率为2.33%,术后并发症发生率为4.65%,明显低于对照组的9.30%、16.28%、20.93%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理应用于游离皮瓣移植修复四肢皮肤软组织缺损患者中,可显著降低皮瓣坏死率、血管危象发生率,同时有利于降低术后并发症发生风险。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing on patients received acral skin and soft tissue defect repairing by free skin flap transplantation.Methods From July 2016 to July 2018,86 patients with acral skin and soft tissue defects,those who were treated with free skin flap transplantation,were enrolled as study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given predictive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.The success rate of operation,the rate of skin flap necrosis,the incidence of vascular crisis and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of skin flap necrosis,vascular crisis and complications in the observation group was 0.00%,2.33% and 4.65% respectively,which were significantly lower than those(9.30%,16.28%,20.93%) in the control group.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P< 0.05).Conclusions Predictive nursing applied in the patients received acral skin and soft tissue defect repairing by free skin flap transplantation,could significantly reduce the rate of skin flap necrosis,vascular crisis incidence,and is conducive to reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
