摘要 基于南海EP18-1WHPA平台设计实践,本文系统介绍了模块化设计方法,该方法可变传统顺序建造为模块化并行建造,拓宽了建造工作面并解决了常规项目中设计图纸与建造需求不同步的难题。详细设计前期确定总体建造方案,基于建造方案在三维设计阶段将整个平台拆分为多个独立模块,并分模块提供图纸、材料等设计文件,在项目工期紧张情况下实现了设计图、料与建造需求的良好匹配,提升了建造效率,并大幅降低了工程成本。 Based on a 8-legged offshore oil platform engineering design practice in south China sea, a new modularization design method was introduced. This method considerably improve the poor matching of design dossiers with construction needs in former routine project. Firstly, construction plan will be developed at the early beginning of detail design. Consequently, topside will be split into several modules during 3 D modeling. Then issue detail drawings and material list for each module will be provided according to construction order. As a result, design dossiers perfectly match with construction needs even under tight project schedule, which will change the sequential construction method into multi-threading, and reduce construction duration. Statistically, modular design can considerably prompt construction efficiency and lower project cost.
