摘要
揭示了气浮除油的机理,总结了国内外3种著名的高效紧凑型气浮处理设备,对比分析了各种设备的结构特点、工作原理、除油效果。EPCONCFU、CMBF均采用弱旋流结合气浮的原理进行油水分离,而VersaFloTM在此基础上增加了聚结器。各设备均直接或间接地增大了微气泡油滴的接触时间、碰撞几率、浮升速度,从而提高装置的除油效果。
The oil removal mechanism of flotation unit was expounded, and three widely used compact flotation units were introduced. The structure, working principle and oil-removal efficiency of each compact flotation unit were contractively analyzed.The swirling flow and flotation principles are used in EPCON CFU and CMBF;besides, VersaFloTM is equipped with the coalesce on this basis. The oil-removal efficiency in all flotation units can be promoted by increasing the contact time, collision probability and rising floating velocity directly or indirectly.
