摘要
鄂尔多斯盆地榆东区域马家沟组大多发育为盐岩及膏岩共生体系,在开发油气层时常常给钻完井工艺技术带来难题,尤其对固井工艺技术的要求更高。本研究基于延长气田在榆东区域油气勘探开发的技术上,通过优化钻井液体系与前置液体系的配方提高二者之间相容性,依据改良水泥浆体系中的Na Cl浓度,推选出适用于榆东区固井技术的高密度抗盐水泥浆体系配方,现场应用后该工艺技术取的显著经济效应。
Majiagou formation in Yudong area of Ordos basin is mostly a symbiotic system of salt and gypsum rocks, which often brings difficulties to drilling and completion technology in the development of oil and gas reservoirs, especially higher requirements for cementing technology. Based on the technology of oil and gas exploration and development in Yudong area of Yanchang gas field, the compatibility between drilling fluid system and pre-fluid system was improved by optimizing the formulation of drilling fluid system and pre-fluid system. According to the concentration of NaCl in improved cement slurry system, the formulation of high density salt-resistant cement slurry system suitable for cementing technology in Yudong area was selected. The remarkable economic effect of this technology after field application was obtained.
