摘要
海上油气田天然气脱水的方法主要有低温脱水法、吸收法和吸附法等。其中吸收法应用广泛的脱水吸收剂是三甘醇。本文主要针对TEG的的纯度和循环量进行计算研究。通过相关标准规范的查阅,熟悉和掌握三甘醇脱水系统工艺设计,并结合工程项目以及与厂家的技术交流,对三甘醇的纯度和循环量进行分析计算和研究。
The methods of natural gas dehydration in offshore platforms mainly include low temperature dehydration, absorption,adsorption, etc. The widely used dehydration absorber in the absorption method is triethylene glycol(TEG).In this paper, the calculation of the purity and circulation flowrate of TEG was studied. By referring to standard specifications, TEG dehydration process design was discussed. Besides, combined with engineering projects, calculation and analysis on the purity and circulation flowrate of TEG were carried out.
