摘要
高校开展新入职教师岗位培训,是提高新进教师专业能力、提升教师凝聚力、稳固办学质量、提高校园竞争力的有效手段,在当下高校人才流动频繁的背景下,对高校稳固人心、留住人才能够发挥积极的作用。通过观察分析当下高校新入职教师培训存在的弊端,针对性地提出了几点对策,以期在高校新入职教师培训改革中有所助益。
The training of new teachers in universities is an effective method to improve the professional ability of new employed teachers, enhance the cohesion of teachers, stabilize the quality of running schools, and enhance the competitiveness of schools. By observing and analyzing the disadvantages of the new employed teacher training in universities, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to help the new teacher training reform in universities.
