在信息技术持续发展与新媒体获取宽泛运用的背景下,高职院校固有的教育管理模式逐步溃散瓦解,拉开了转型升级的帷幕。此次研究先对新媒体在高职院校教育管理工作中应用优势进行了阐述,而后对新媒体视域下的高职院校教育管理工作实践策略及注意事项进行了探讨。望以此为高职院校教育管理人员开展工作予以参考,促进高职教育事业获取可持续性发展。

Under the background of the continuous development of information technology and the wide application of new media, the inherent education management mode of higher vocational colleges has gradually collapsed and opened the curtain of transformation and upgrading. This study first expounds the application advantages of new media in the education management of higher vocational colleges, and then discusses the practical management strategies and precautions of higher vocational colleges under the new media perspective. This will be used as a reference for the education management personnel of higher vocational colleges to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
