基于新机制的抗乙肝病毒药物的研究进展

Research progress on anti-hepatitis B virus drugs based on new mechanism

乙型肝炎是由乙型肝炎病毒感染引起的,以肝脏炎症和坏死病变为主的一种全身性感染病。因其高致死率在世界范围内引起广泛被关注,在我国更是一个严重的医疗卫生问题。目前为止有多种治疗乙肝的药物已应用于临床但未达到理想疗效,同时有许多药物正处于研发阶段,并且乙型肝炎的治疗理念也在不断地更新。针对基于新机制的抗乙肝病毒药物的研究近况进行综述,以期为临床用药提供参考。

Hepatitis B is a systemic infection caused by hepatitis B virus,which is mainly characterized by liver inflammation and necrosis.Because of its high mortality rate,it has caused widespread concern worldwide,and it is a serious health problem in China.So far,a lot of drugs for treating hepatitis B have been used in clinical practice,but have not achieved the desired therapeutic effect.At the same time,many drugs are in the research and development stage,and the treatment concept of hepatitis B is constantly being updated.Recent research on anti-hepatitis B virus drugs based on the new mechanism is reviewed in this article,in order to provide reference for clinical drug use.
