探讨封闭式负压吸引技术(VSD)治疗骨科创伤及感染创面与常规换药的临床疗效

Clinical Efficacy of Closed Negative Pressure Suction(VSD) in the Treatment of Orthopaedic Trauma and Infectious Wounds and Conventional Dressing Change

目的:探讨封闭式负压吸引技术治疗骨科创面及感染创面与常规换药的临床治疗效果。方法:将2017年3月~2018年9月前来我院进行治疗的骨科创面及创面感染患者227例纳入本次研究,运用区组随机化分组方法将其随机分为负压治疗组(n=139)与常规治疗组(n=88),对常规治疗组进行常规换药治疗,负压治疗组使用封闭式负压吸引技术进行治疗,观察分析两组患者的治疗效果及并发症发生情况。结果:负压治疗组患者的治疗有效率明显高于常规治疗组且其并发症发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论:在骨科创伤及感染创面患者的治疗中,使用负压吸引技术科有效提高治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率,其整体治疗效果优于常规换药,应加大推广力度。

Objective:to investigate the clinical effect of closed negative pressure technique in the treatment of orthopedic wound and infection wound and routine replacement.Methods:227 cases of orthopedic wound and wound infection who came to our hospital for treatment from March 2017 to September 2018 were included in this study.The group was randomly divided into negative pressure treatment group(N=139)and conventional treatment group(N=88)by using the group randomization group method.The conventional treatment group was replaced with conventional treatment group,and the negative pressure treatment group used closed negative pressure attraction technology.Treatment,The therapeutic effect and complications of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results:The treatment efficiency of patients with negative pressure treatment group was significantly higher than that of the conventional treatment group and the incidence of complications was lower(P<UNK>0.05).Conclusion:in the treatment of Orthopaedic trauma and infection wounds,the use of negative pressure attraction technology to improve the treatment efficiency and reduce the incidence of complications,the overall treatment effect is better than the conventional replacement,should increase the promotion.
