糖尿病并发泌尿系结石感染的常见因素分析及治疗对策

Analysis of Common Factors and Treatment Strategies for Diabetes Complicated with Urinary Calculi Infection

目的:对糖尿病并发泌尿系结石感染因素及治疗措施进行探讨。方法:选取本院2017年8月至2018年8月期间收治的186例泌尿系结石感染患者,其中将合并糖尿病的93例患者作为观察组,未合并糖尿病的93例患者作为对照组,对比分析两组感染因素,并给予患者积极治疗。结果:免疫功能各指标对比,观察组均低于对照组;血糖水平对比,观察组明显高于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:对糖尿病患者而言,因其血糖水平较高、免疫力低下,因此发生泌尿系结石感染的可能性较大,对糖尿病并发泌尿系结石感染患者积极治疗,对患者临床症状能有效缓解,值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the factors and treatment of diabetes complicated with urinary calculi infection.Methods:A total of 186 patients with urinary calculi who were admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were enrolled.Among them,93 patients with diabetes mellitus were included in the observation group,and 93 patients without diabetes were used as the control group.The two groups of infection factors,and given patients active treatment.Results:The comparison of immune function indexes was lower in the observation group than in the control group.The blood glucose level was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:For diabetic patients,because of their high blood sugar level and low immunity,there is a high possibility of urinary calculi infection.Active treatment of patients with diabetes complicated with urinary calculi infection can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients.Worth promoting.
