延续性护理应用于丙肝患者抗病毒治疗中的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Continuous Nursing in the Treatment of Hepatitis C Patients with Antiviral Therapy

目的:探析对抗病毒治疗的丙肝患者应用延续性护理措施后对患者的康复影响。方法:选取我院40例抗病毒治疗的丙肝患者,随机分成20例观察组与20例对照组,对照组患者采用常规出院健康指导,观察组患者在常规出院指导的基础上同时应用延续性护理措施,对两组患者出院后的治疗依从性及并发症发生率进行评价。结果:观察组患者的治疗依从性高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)结论:对抗病毒治疗的丙肝患者实施延续性护理措施可以有效的提高患者治疗的依从性,减少并发症的发生率,有利于疾病的康复。因此延续性护理在抗病毒治疗的丙肝患者中是值得进行应用的。

Objective:explore the influence of continuous nursing measures on the rehabilitation of patients with hepatitis ctreated with anti-virus therapy.Methods:selection of antiviral treatment in 40 cases of patients with hepatitis c,divided into observation group and 20 cases of control group 20,the control group were treated by routine hospital health guidance,observation group of patients in the conventional discharge guidance and application on the basis of continuity of care measures,treatment compliance of two groups of patients after discharge,and evaluate the incidence of complications.Results:the treatment compliance of the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:continuous nursing measures for hepatitis cpatients treated with antivirus therapy can effectively improve their treatment compliance,reduce the incidence of complications and contribute to the recovery of the disease,continuous care is worthy of application in patients with hepatitis c treated with antiviral therapy.
