急性有机磷农药中毒并发吸入性肺炎的临床治疗分析

Treatment Analysis of Acute Organophosphorus Pesticide Poisoning Complicated with Aspiration Pneumonia

目的:探析急性有机磷农药中毒并发吸入性肺炎患者的治疗措施。方法:选取我院2013年6月-2018年5月收治的急性有机磷农药中毒并发吸入性肺炎患者49例为对象,接受洗胃、解毒、呼吸支持、抗感染、吸痰、保护肝肾功能等综合治疗。结果:本组49例患者死亡率为4.08%,肺部阴影吸收时间为(13.8±2.3)d,住院时间为(15.2±1.7)d;治疗3d后的体温、白细胞计数、呼吸频率均显著降低P<0.05。结论:急性有机磷农药中毒并发吸入性肺炎患者早期应用综合对症治疗效果确切,促进肺炎好转,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the treatment measures of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with aspiration pneumonia.Methods:A total of 49 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with aspiration pneumonia admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to May 2018 were enrolled in this study.They received comprehensive treatments such as gastric lavage,detoxification,anti-infection,sucking,and protection of liver and kidney function.Results:The mortality rate of 49 patients was 4.08%.The duration of pulmonary shadow absorption was(13.8±2.3)days,and the length of hospitalization was(15.2±1.7)days.After 3 days of treatment,body temperature,white blood cell count and respiratory rate were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion:The symptomatic treatment of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning complicated with aspiration pneumonia is effective and can promote the improvement of pneumonia,which is worthy of promotion.
