探讨手术室医院感染控制的管理及措施

Discussion on the Management and Measures of Nosocomial Infection Control in Operating Room

目的:探究手术室医院感染控制的管理及措施。方法:选取我院80名医护人员作为研究对象,通过加强手术室医院感染控制的管理,分析相关危险因素,并对比手术室医院感染控制管理实施前后的管理情况及满意度情况。结果:手术室医院感染控制管理隐患情况包括医疗流程不熟悉、缺乏医院感染知识、医疗器械清洗不洁净等7种情况;手术室医院感染控制的管理及措施实施后的管理情况及满意度情况均优于实施前,p<0.05。结论:科学合理的手术室医院感染控制的管理及措施能有效提高医护人员的工作水平,降低感染率的发生。

Objective:To explore the management and measures of nosocomial infection control in operating room.Methods:80 medical staff in our hospital were selected as the research object.By strengthening the management of nosocomial infection control in operating room,the related risk factors were analyzed,and the management situation and satisfaction situation before and after the implementation of nosocomial infection control management in operating room were compared.Result:The hidden dangers of nosocomial infection control management in operating room included unfamiliar medical process,lack of knowledge of nosocomial infection,unclean cleaning of medical equipment,etc.The management and satisfaction of nosocomial infection control in operating room after implementation were better than before,P<0.05.Conclusion:Scientific and reasonable management and measures of nosocomial infection control in operating room can effectively improve the working level of medical staff and reduce the incidence of infection.
