“五常法”在预防和控制手术室院感中的应用效果分析

An Analysis of the Effect of "5S Methodology" in the Prevention and Control of Nosocomial Infection in the Operating Room

目的:分析在医院手术室感染预防和控制中应用“五常法”管理的临床效果。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月进入本院手术室接受治疗的患者共120例作为对照组,选取2017年3月至2018年3月进入本院手术室接受治疗的患者共120例作为实验组,实验组患者治疗期间手术室实施“五常法”管理,对照组患者治疗期间手术室实施常规管理。结果:对手术室的管理质量进行比较,干预后,实验组的手术室管理质量评分与对照组患者相比显著较高(P<0.05)。对物品管理质量进行比较,干预后,实验组患者的物品物品管理质量显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与常规管理相比,在医院手术室感染预防和控制中应用“五常法”管理的效果更显著,可以明显提升手术室管理质量和物品保管质量,故方案推广意义大。

Objective:to analyze the clinical effect of the application of"5S methodology"in the prevention and control of infection in hospital operating room.Methods:A total of 120 patients who entered the operating room for treatment from March 2016 to March 2017 were selected as the control group,and 120 patients who entered the operating room for treatment from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the experimental group.The operation room of the experimental group was managed by the"5S methodology"method during the treatment period,while the control group was managed by the routine method during the treatment period.Results:The management quality of the operating room was compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).The article management quality was compared.After the intervention,the article management quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:compared with the routine management,the application of the"5S methodology"in the prevention and control of infection in the operating room of the hospital has a more significant effect,which can obviously improve the quality of management and the quality of keeping items in the operating room.Therefore,the promotion of the plan is of great significance.
