关节镜手术联合透明质酸钠在老年膝骨关节炎治疗的效果及炎性因子的影响评价

Effect of Arthroscopic Surgery Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate on Elderly Knee Osteoarthritis and Evaluation of the Influence of Inflammatory Factors

目的:探究关节镜手术联合透明质酸钠在老年膝骨关节炎治疗的效果及对炎性因子的影响。方法:将我院2017年1月至2018年12月期间收治的36例老年膝骨关节炎患者随机均分成实验组、对照组,每组各18例。对照组行关节镜手术治疗,实验组行关节镜手术联合透明质酸钠治疗。对比两组患者的疗效及炎性因子水平。结果:实验组总有效率94.44%高于对照组的61.11%,IL-6、IL-1、TNF-α水平均低于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学差异。两组患者治疗后膝关节Lysholm评分均高于治疗前,且实验组高于对照组,P<0.05,存在统计学差异。结论:在治疗老年膝关节炎患者时采取关节镜手术联合透明质酸钠治疗效果明显,利于关节液内炎性因子水平的抑制及膝关节功能的改善,值得临床大力推广及应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of arthroscopic surgery combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of elderly knee osteoarthritis and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods:Thirty-six elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 18 cases in each group.The control group underwent arthroscopic surgery,and the experimental group underwent arthroscopic surgery combined with sodium hyaluronate.The efficacy and inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.44%higher than that of the control group(61.11%).The levels of IL-6,IL-1 and TNF-αwere lower than the control group,P<0.05,and there was statistical difference.The Lysholm scores of the knee joints in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was higher than the control group,P<0.05,and there was statistical difference.Conclusion:The treatment of elderly patients with knee arthritis with arthroscopic surgery combined with sodium hyaluronate is effective,which is conducive to the inhibition of inflammatory factors in the joint fluid and the improvement of knee joint function.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
