鼻内镜下双极电凝与传统填塞治疗鼻出血临床的效果观察

Clinical Observation of Nasal Endoscopic Bipolar Coagulation and Traditional Tamponade in the Treatment of Epistaxis

目的:研究鼻内镜下双极电凝与传统填塞治疗鼻出血临床的效果。方法:选择鼻出血患者作为本次研究病人或研究对象,并采用“电脑随机法”将55例鼻出血患者进行分组,主要包括两组,其中观察组、实施鼻内镜下双极电凝治疗;对照组、实施传统填塞治疗,将两组住院时间、治愈率和并发症情况进行对比。结果:观察组各项指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:鼻内镜下双极电凝与传统填塞治疗鼻出血临床效果相比较,前者更具有优势,且安全性高,值得研究。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of endoscopic bipolar coagulation and traditional tamponade in the treatment of epistaxis.Methods:Patients with epistaxis were selected as the study patients or subjects,and 55 patients with epistaxis were divided into two groups,including the observation group and the endoscopic bipolar electrocoagulation treatment.The control group and the traditional tamponade treatment were compared,and the hospitalization time,cure rate and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes of the observation group were better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with the traditional clinical results of bipolar coagulation under nasal endoscopy,the former has more advantages and high safety,which is worthy of study.
