间苯三酚联合利多卡因在人工流产术中的镇痛效果和安全性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨分析在人工流产术中联合使用间苯三酚和利多卡因的镇痛效果及安全性。方法:选择2017年1月至2017年12月在我院实施人工流产患者998例,纳入研究的260例,按照随机分组原则分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用2%利多卡因2ml宫颈局部麻醉,观察组采用术前15min间苯三酚40mg肌肉注射,术中用2%利多卡因5ml宫颈局部麻醉,比较两组患者的手术疼痛控制有效率、宫口松弛度、术中出血量及手术持续时间、人工流产综合征发生率及术后1周绒毛组织残留情况。结果:观察组患者的镇痛效果、宫颈松弛度、术中出血量及手术持续时间均优于对照组,(P<0.05),有统计学差异,在人工流产综合征及术后1周绒毛组织残留情况,两组患者比较无统计学差异,(P>0.05)。结论:说明在人工流程术中联合使用间苯三酚和利多卡因可以提高镇痛效果及宫颈松弛度,减少手术出血量和手术时间,效果明确。 Objective:To investigate the analgesic effect and safety of phloroglucinol and lidocaine in induced abortion.Methods:998 cases of induced abortion from January 2017 to December 2017 in our hospital were selected and 260 cases were included in the study.According to the principle of random grouping,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group was given 2%lidocaine 2 ml cervical local anesthesia.The observation group was given phloroglucinol 40 mg intramuscular injection 15 minutes before operation and 2%lidocaine 5 ml cervical local anesthesia during operation.Effectiveness of pain control,relaxation of uterine orifice,intraoperative bleeding volume and duration of operation,incidence of induced abortion syndrome and residual villus tissue 1 week after operation.Results:The analgesic effect,cervical relaxation,intraoperative bleeding volume and duration of operation in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences between the two groups in induced abortion syndrome and residual villus tissue in the first week after operation(P>0.05),Conclusion:The combined use of resorcinol and lidocaine in artificial procedure can improve the analgesic effect and cervical relaxation,reduce the amount of bleeding and operation time,and the effect is clear.
