达英-35和二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者性激素水平及胰岛素抵抗的影响

Effects of Diane-35 and Metformin on Sex Hormone Level and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:探究在多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的治疗中应用二甲双胍及达英-35对患者胰岛素抵抗和性激素水平产生的影响。方法:将2016年10月-2018年10月于本院治疗的因多囊卵巢综合征引起的不孕患者76例随机均分为两组,研究组应用二甲双胍以及达英-35联合治疗,对照组单用达英-35治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者各项性激素水平均得到一定程度的改善,且研究组FSH、LH、T水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),E2水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者两项胰岛素抵抗指数无明显差异,治疗后均有一定改善且研究组两项指数均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗总有效率方面,对照组、研究组分别为73.68%、94.74%,研究组与对照组相比临床效果更佳(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍及达英-35的联合应用在多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者的治疗中具有良好效果,对患者的胰岛素抵抗情况和性激素水平均具有明显的改善作用。

Objective:To investigate the effects of metformin and Diane-35 on insulin resistance and sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:76 infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.The study group was treated with metformin and Dalin-35,while the control group was treated with Daying-35 alone.Results:after treatment,the levels of sex hormones in the two groups were improved to a certain extent,and the level of FSH,LH,T in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),E_2 level was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in insulin resistance index between the two groups before and after treatment,and the two indexes in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 73.68%in the control group and 94.74%in the control group.The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:DIA The combination of biguanidine and Diane-35 has a good effect in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),and it can obviously improve insulin resistance and sex hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).
