术中压疮护理单在手术室压疮高危病人护理中的应用效果分析

Application Effect Analysis of Intraoperative Pressure Sore Nursing Sheet in Nursing of High-risk Patients with Pressure Sore in Operating Room

目的:探讨术中压疮护理单在手术室压疮高危病人护理中的应用效果。方法:选取的对象共计200例,均为我院进行外科手术治疗的患者,患者均就诊于2016年3月到2017年12月期间,将患者按照常规与术中压疮护理单护理模式分为对照组和观察组(n=100)。比较术毕至术后3天患者压疮发生率,患者对护士压疮护理工作的满意度,包括患者对护士压疮风险筛查、压疮护理单填写、护理技能和措施三个方面的评估。结果:观察组观察三天,发生压疮的患者明显少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护士工作满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术中压疮护理单的使用能明显降低压疮并发症的发生率,提升护理工作满意度,具有积极的推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of intraoperative pressure ulcer nursing sheet in the nursing of high-risk patients with pressure ulcer in operating room.Methods:A total of 200 patients were selected for surgical treatment in our hospital.From March 2016 to December 2017,the patients were divided into control group and observation group(n=100)according to the routine and intraoperative single nursing mode of pressure ulcer.Compare the incidence of pressure ulcer between the end of operation and 3 days after operation,and the satisfaction of patients with nursing work of nurses,including the risk screening of nurses'pressure ulcer,the filling of pressure ulcer nursing sheets,nursing skills and measures.Results:After three days of observation,the number of patients with pressure ulcer in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the score of job satisfaction of nurses in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of intraoperative pressure ulcer nursing sheet can significantly reduce the incidence of complications of pressure ulcer and improve the satisfaction of nursing work,which has positive promotion value.
