摘要
目的:探讨阶段性护理健康教育在接受IVF-ET患者中的应用效果。方法:选取在我院接受IVF-ET治疗的40名患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各20例,对照组采用常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上进行阶段性护理健康教育,比较两组的各项指标。结果:观察组患者的焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,P<0.05,两组的妊娠成功率相似,P>0.05。结论:阶段性护理健康教育在IVF-ET患者中的应用,成效良好,能降低患的焦虑抑郁心理状态、降低患者的不适感。
Objective:To explore the effect of stage nursing on IVF-ET patients.Methods:40 patients with IVF-ET were randomly divided into two groups:control group and control group.The observation group carried on the stage nursing health education,compared each index.Results:The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pregnancy success rate of the two groups was similar(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of IVF-ET in stage nursing health education has a good effect,which can reduce the bad psychology and discomfort.
