慢性化脓性中耳炎患者术后进行规范化护理的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Standardized Nursing after Operation for Patients with Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

目的:分析慢性化脓性中耳炎患者术后进行规范化护理的效果。方法:采用对比研究方法,选择从2016年1月到2018年1月在我院治疗的慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,分为对照组和观察组各25例。对照组术后给予常规护理监护,观察组实施术后规范化护理。效果观察主要比较患者满意度和疾病治愈率、复发率。结果:调查对总满意度占比进行统计,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);随访3个月对复发率和治愈率进行统计,观察组治愈率高于对照组,复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:术后规范化的护理干预用于慢性化脓性中耳炎疾病患者,能明显提升患者满意度和疾病治愈率,降低疾病复发率,具有积极的实践推广价值。

Objective:To explore the effect of standardized nursing for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media after operation.Methods:The chronic suppurative patients from January 2016 to January 2019 were divided into a control group and an observation group with 25 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given standardized nursing care.The effect observation mainly compares the patient satisfaction rate and the disease cure rate and recurrence rate.Results:The percentage of total satisfaction was statistically higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and cure rate of the observation group were statistically analyzed after 3 months of follow-up.The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postoperative standardized nursing intervention for patients with chronic suppurative otitis media disease,can significantly improve patient satisfaction and cure rate of the disease,reduce disease recurrence,has a positive practice and promotion value.
