快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者护理中的价值研究

Study on the Value of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery Concept in Nursing Care of Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探析对行以腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者施以快速康复外科理念(FTS)干预的效果。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的50例行以腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者,并按随机法分对照组、研究组,各25例,常规围术期护理设为对照组,予FTS护理设为研究组,比较两组疗效。结果:干预后研究组肛门排气时间较早、住院时间较短,且术后并发症发生率较低,与对照组比差异具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者施以FTS干预,可有效改善其症状,促使其及早康复,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of FTS intervention on patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 50 cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital.The control group and the research group were randomly divided into 25 cases each.Routine perioperative nursing was set as the control group and FTS nursing was set as the research group.The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After intervention,anal exhaust time was earlier,hospitalization time was shorter,and the incidence of complications was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:FTS intervention for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve their symptoms and promote their early recovery,which is worthy of popularization and application.
