优质护理干预在预防剖宫产术后尿潴留的应用价值分析

Application Value Analysis of High Quality Nursing Intervention in Preventing Urinary Retention after Cesarean Section

目的:对优质护理干预在预防剖宫产术后尿潴留的应用价值进行分析研究。方法:回顾了2016年1月至2017年12月之间在我院进行了剖宫产手术的50例患者资料,使用数字随机法的分组方法将所有参与研究患者分成了对照组(n=25)和观察组(n=25)两个组。对照组患者采取常规护理干预,观察组使用优质护理干预,之后对比两个组别患者的首次排尿时间、首次排尿量以及出现尿潴留概率。结果:对照组患者的首次排尿时间长于观察组,首次排尿量则低于观察组,组别间的对比差异具有统计学上意义(P<0.05);对照组患者出现尿潴留概率高于观察组患者,组别间的对比差异具有统计学上意义(P<0.05)。结论:在剖宫产手术患者手术完成之后对其采取优质护理干预可以大大降低其出现尿潴留的概率,缩短其首次排尿时间,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze and study the application value of high quality nursing intervention in preventing urinary retention after cesarean section.Methods:The data of 50 patients who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were reviewed.All the patients in the study were divided into two groups:control group(n=25)and observation group(n=25).The patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the patients in the observation group were given high quality nursing intervention.After that,the time of first urination,the dose of first urination and the probability of urinary retention were compared between the two groups.Results:The first urination time of the control group was longer than that of the observation group,and the first urination volume of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the probability of urinary retention of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:After the cesarean section operation,the high quality nursing intervention can greatly reduce the probability of urinary retention and shorten the first urination time,which is worthy of promotion.
