心电图与心脏彩超对冠心病的临床诊断价值探讨

Clinical Value of Electrocardiogram and Cardiac Color Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探讨采用心电图(ECG)和心脏彩超)(UCG)两种方式对冠心病的诊断进行调查分析。方法:本次实验选取了2015年1月-2017年12月在本院进行治疗的患者为对象,经检查后均为疑似冠心病患者,而符合实验要求的人数有62例,以冠状动脉造影(CAG)为金标准,对患者进行心电图和心脏彩超的检查,并针对特异度、灵敏度以及诊断结果进行分析。结果:从检查结果上看,通过与冠状动脉造影检查的结果对比,心电图检查的灵敏度为77.1%,特异度为50%,诊断符合率为91.7%;而心脏彩超的检查结果中,灵敏度为70.8%,特异度为71.4%,诊断符合率为61.3%。结论:采用心脏彩超和心电图进行冠心病检查,均可以为诊断提供依据,二者各有优势,联合应用诊断率更高,促使患者早日治疗。

Objective:To investigate and analyze the diagnosis of coronary heart disease using ECG and UCG.Methods:This experiment selected the patients who were treated in this hospital from January 2015 to December 2017.After the examination,they were all suspected of coronary heart disease patients,and the number of people who met the experimental requirements was 62.Coronary angiography(CAG)is the gold standard.The patients were examined with electrocardiogram(ECG)and cardiac color ultrasound,and the specific degree,sensitivity and diagnostic results were analyzed.Results:According to the results of the examination,the sensitivity of the electrocardiogram examination was 77.1%(37/48),the specificity was 50%(7/14),and the diagnostic compliance rate was 91.7%(44/48).In the results of the heart color ultrasound,the sensitivity was 70.8%(34/48),the specificity was 71.4%(10/14),and the diagnostic compliance rate was 61.3%(79.28).Conclusion:heart color ultrasound and electrocardiogram can provide a basis for diagnosis of coronary heart disease,both of which have advantages,combined with higher diagnostic rates,to promote early treatment of patients.
