社区卫生服务联合社工服务在居家养老中的应用研究——基于广东东莞麻涌的实践

Study on the Application of Community Health Service combined with Social work Service in Home-based Endowment ——based on the practice of Ma Chung in Dongguan,Guangdong Province

目的:探讨社区卫生服务联合社工服务的个性化居家养老服务过程中的应用效果。方法:选择2016年3月至2017年2月期间接受了为期至少6个月的社区卫生服务联合社工服务的医养结合型居家养老者作为研究对象,采用世界卫生组织生命质量量表从生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、社会功能、情绪职能、精神健康等方面比较参养老人在接受社区卫生服务联合社工服务的个性化居家养老服务前后差异;通过第三方调查机构,所有参养老人和(或)家属对本次居家养老服务给予满意度评分。结果:两组参养老人干预前生活质量8个维度评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组参养老人干预后生理功能、总体健康、社会功能、情绪职能、精神健康等评分明显高于对照组,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组参养老人满意度为96.09%,对照组参养老人满意度为78.08%,观察组明显高于对照组,且比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:以社区卫生服务联合社工服务的居家养老模式能够明显提高参养老人的生活质量水平及满意度,可在临床广泛推广。

Objective:to explore the application effect of community health service combined with social worker service in the process of personalized home care service.Methods:from March 2016 to February 2017,patients who received community health services combined with social workers for at least six months were selected as subjects.The World Health Organization(WHO)quality of Life scale(QOL)was used to evaluate their physiological functions.Physiological function,body pain,general health,social function,emotional function,mental health and other aspects were compared before and after receiving community health service combined with social worker service.Through third-party investigative bodies,all Nursing elderly and/or family members to this home pension service to give satisfaction score.Results:there was no significant difference in the scores of 8 dimensions of QOL between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).The scores of physiological function,general health,social function,emotional function and mental health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group after intervention,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the elderly was 96.09%in the observation group and 78.08%in the control group,which was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the home-based model of community health service combined with social worker service can significantly improve the quality of life and satisfaction of the elderly and can be widely used in clinical practice.
