This paper introduces the pilot project of"Qidong Medical Group Model",analyses the preliminary results achieved in the process of medical reform,and the problems encountered in the reform of the loose Medical Association model adopted by Qidong Medical Group.It provides experience and reference for the construction of county-level medical association,and has a certain reference significance for the construction of County-level medical association.
