Investigation and Management Countermeasures of Hand Hygiene Compliance of Staff in Disinfection Supply Room

目的:调查分析目前消毒供应室工作人员的手卫生依从性及相应管理对策。方法:选择我院消毒供应室工作人员计14例为研究对象,对其手卫生的依从情况加以调查分析,并制定具有针对性的管理对策,分析干预后消毒供应室工作人员手卫生的规范执行情况。结果:干预后消毒供应室工作人员手卫生的规范执行情况明显优于干预前,P<0.05,且洗手后细菌监测数明显低于干预前,P<0.05。结论:加强对消毒供应室工作人员的管理能够提高其手卫生依从性以及洗手质量,值得推广。

Objective:to investigate and analyze the hand hygiene compliance of the staff in the disinfection supply room and the corresponding management countermeasures.Methods:a total of 14 cases of the staff in the disinfection supply room of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and their compliance with hand hygiene was investigated and analyzed,and targeted management countermeasures were formulated to analyze the standard implementation of hand hygiene of the staff in the disinfection supply room after the intervention.Results:after the intervention,the implementation of hand hygiene norms of the staff in the disinfection supply room was significantly better than before the intervention(P<0.05),and the number of bacteria monitoring after hand washing was significantly lower than before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:strengthening the management of the staff in the sterilization supply room can improve their hand hygiene compliance and hand-washing quality,which is worthy of promotion.
