耳穴贴压镇痛在手外伤术后的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Auricular Point Pressing Analgesia After Hand Trauma

目的:探讨耳穴贴压镇痛技术在手外伤术后的应用效果。方法:选取在我院进行手术的手外伤患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用耳穴贴压中医技术,比较两组患者术后的疼痛评分、睡眠质量、手功能恢复情况及对护理的满意度。结果:观察组患者术后的疼痛评分、睡眠质量及护理满意度均优于对照组,P<0.05,有统计学差异。结论:在手外伤术后采用耳穴贴压镇痛,能降低患者疼痛,提高睡眠质量,促进手功能恢复,从而提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the effect of auricular acupoint pressing analgesia technique in the treatment of hand trauma after operation.Methods:50 patients with hand trauma who underwent surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group adopted conventional nursing methods,while the observation group used auricular acupoint sticking and pressing TCM technology on the basis of conventional nursing.The pain score,sleep quality,hand function recovery and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:The pain score,sleep quality and nursing satisfaction of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular acupoint pressing analgesia after hand trauma surgery can reduce pain,improve sleep quality,promote the recovery of hand function and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
