《伦理学视域中的现代环境法》一书,从伦理学视域对现代环境法进行了深入分析,对目前我国环境法学界对传统伦理研究路径的某些评判做出了回应。该书认为环境法学的伦理研究路径并未过时和落伍,并运用伦理学理论与方法对环境法学进行了多方面展开研究,同时在“源流论”“本体论”和“拓展论”等部分上都有很多创新。

Modern Environmental Law from the Perspective of Ethics makes in-depth analysis of modern environmental law from the perspective of ethics, and responds to some judgments on traditional ethical research path made by the environmental jurisprudential circle. The book contributes development and innovation of the studies of environmental law from ethical research approaches. It is put forward that the ethical research of environmental law is not out of date or out of fashion, and ethical theories and methods are applied to study environmental law in many aspects. At the same time, there are lots of innovative researches on "origin theory","ontology" and "extension theory" of the research.
