摘要
文化产业管理学科是一门新型的综合性的交叉学科,它的教育体系须与中国文产的现状与未来发展相对应。针对具有中国特色的文化产业实践与未来发展,须建立新型的特色教学体系,以学科理论建设为引导,以新的教学理念、新的教学内容和教学方法形成系统的教学模式。我们根据应用型大学的性质,注重培养学生的创意思维能力,创新创业的精神和实践能力,以此构建专业特点,培养应用型创新人才。文化策划与管理专业方向经过近十年的探索,以“大文产”的教学理念指导教学创新,从培养目标、课程设置、师资结构、课程内容、教学方法、实习实践等诸方面,紧密结合实际,努力培养学生创新综合能力,以期构建专业方向的培养特色与竞争力。
Cultural Industry Management is a new, comprehensive, and interdisciplinary subject, and its system should be in line with the current situation and future aspect of China’s cultural industry. Based on China’s unique practices and prospect in the cultural industry, we need to establish new teaching system with our own features. Systematic teaching models guided by subject theories, and supported by new teaching philosophy, classroom content and teaching methods are also in need. Considering the nature of our university as one producing professionals, we pay great attention to cultivating students’ creative thinking capacity, entrepreneurship and their actual competence, so as to form the features of our major, and to nurture professional talent with creative thinking capacity. After nearly a decade of exploration, cultural planning and management is guided by the “big cultural industry” principle in its innovation. In terms of its goals, curriculum design, faculty structure, classroom content, methodology and actual practice, this major emphasizes the actual cases, so as to help students innovate, and form the features and competitiveness of this major.
